EventureMap Privacy Policy

EventureMap ("we", "us") is operated by TikiTram. This policy describes what information the EventureMap mobile apps and websites collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, we don't sell your data, and no account is required to use the app.

Information We Collect

• Email address — only when you choose to provide it: claiming a coupon, joining a tour or campaign, or receiving a prize. We use it to deliver your coupon or reward by email, prevent duplicate claims, and show campaign progress.
• Location — with your permission, your device location is used to find EventureMaps near you and, for some redemptions, to confirm you're at the business. Location is used at the moment of the request and is not tracked in the background or stored as a movement history.
• Anonymous device identifier — a random ID generated on your device, used to remember campaign progress without requiring an account. It is not tied to your identity.
• Photos you submit — some campaigns let you upload a photo (for example, a receipt or challenge photo). Photos are used only to validate that campaign activity.
• Usage and diagnostic data — basic technical logs (such as errors and request timing) that help us keep the service running.

How We Use Information

• Deliver coupons, rewards, and campaign emails you request
• Enforce one-per-person limits on coupons and prizes
• Show you nearby maps, deals, events, and entertainment
• Validate campaign submissions (including automated image analysis of photos you submit)
• Operate, debug, and improve the service

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
• We do not require an account or password.
• We do not track your location in the background.

Sharing

When you redeem a coupon or campaign reward at a business, that business can see the redemption (and the email used to claim it, where needed to honor the offer). We use trusted service providers — such as Amazon Web Services for hosting and email delivery, and AI providers for automated image and content processing — solely to operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention & Deletion

Coupon and campaign records are kept as long as needed to operate the promotion and for reasonable record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below, and we will remove personal information associated with your email.

Children

EventureMap is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted in the app or on our website.
